Smoking prices are based on incoming weight. Allow three days for curing & smoking. (during summer season please allow 5-6 days). Salmon strips take up to five days. Prices includes: Filleting, Curing, Smoking and Vac Packing.
Expect a weight loss due to smoking and amount of cleaning needed.

Your fish must be picked up or shipped within 10 days.
We will not be responsible for fish left longer than 10 days, storage fees will apply.
Custom Game Processing
You will receive your own meat back. Keeping your meat clean in the field will improve the taste of your meat.
Due to extra time needed to process unclean meat, a higher price will be charged. Dirty, unclean meat may not be accepted at our discretion.
